At BiOMNI Beauty, we’re committed to getting your hair care essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.


Order Processing Time

All orders placed on www.biomnibeauty.com are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for our team to carefully prepare, package, and fulfill your items. During periods of high volume—such as new launches or promotional events—processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each parcel is packed to our standards of quality and excellence.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your package has been scanned by the carrier.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard domestic shipping via USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location but typically fall within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to all U.S. states and territories. We do not currently offer international shipping, but stay tuned as we expand.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. BiOMNI Beauty is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged please contact us at hello@biomnibeauty.com, within 7 days of the delivery date to receive a replacement product. If your item does not arrive at all, please contact our Client Experience Team at hello@biomnibeauty.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
