BiOMNI Beauty – Refund & Return Policy
At BiOMNI Beauty, we believe that exceptional care begins with every detail—from the formulation of our products to the moment they arrive at your door. Each order is meticulously prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Due to the nature of our products and in adherence to strict hygiene protocols, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
However, should you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask that you notify our Client Experience Team within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@biomnibeauty.com and using "Exchange Request" in the subject line. Also include your order number and clear photographs of the affected item(s). Upon review, we will gladly offer a replacement as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.

Returns on Damaged Items
We offer a 7-day Exchange policy, on DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
• Damaged and unusable, photo proof required.
• In its original packaging and unused.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To start an Exchange, please contact us at hello@biomnibeauty.com and put "Exchange Request" in the subject line. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item, please contact us without delay at hello@biomnibeauty.com. Our Client Experience Team will be pleased to assist you and ensure the matter is promptly and thoughtfully resolved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of our hair care formulations—and in order to uphold the highest standards of safety and product integrity—we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding as we remain committed to delivering a pristine, un-compromised experience with every order.
