Before there was BiOMNI, there were years behind the chair.
BiOMNI founder Dezi Santiago is a master hairstylist, salon owner, entrepreneur, educator, and industry expert whose career has been built around helping people understand and care for their hair.
For more than two decades, Dezi has worked hands-on with a wide range of hair textures, types, concerns, styling preferences, and healthy-hair journeys. That experience gave her a perspective that couldn’t come from a laboratory alone: she saw firsthand what people were struggling with.
Dryness. Breakage. Buildup. Detangling. Heat styling. Maintaining moisture. Product overload. And perhaps most importantly, the confusion created by constantly being told that the next product would solve everything.
She knew there had to be a more intentional approach.

BiOMNI was created from the intersection of professional experience, research, formulation, and real-world results.
Dezi didn’t set out to create products simply to add more bottles to someone’s shelf. She wanted to create a system that addressed the needs she had spent years seeing behind the chair—and give people the education to understand why they were using it.
That philosophy remains at the center of BiOMNI today.
It isn’t about chasing every hair trend or finding a miracle product. It’s about understanding your hair, giving it what it needs, and building a routine you can consistently return to.
